I don't approve of teachers like that Casey who give passing grades to failing students! That's one reason our education system is in a mess...

Well with smooth delivery, charm and poor grades he may have had a career in Sales ahead of him... it reminds me of me when I was at school, only without the smooth delivery and charm

Sounds like this guy had poor self esteem...and I don't quite get this
rule that doesn't fail anyone. It is ruining the standard of education throughout the country surely.
