Hmm - this one brought back memories of walking home from school with my brother, having to endure the 'head of the line' bullies on the way, and the one day we put an end to it. Another story. This was great, and now I'll get to read and catch up on your writing!!Happy New Year, Pat_B!

well done I don't agree with violence, but sometimes for kids nothing
else will work that I have discovered having kids and Grandkids. Well written and I love the poem.

Ironically, CCT, my first ex was a bully, though I didn't spot this until long after the knot was tied. It was a costly mistake, one I didn't make again.

You are right Pat. The meek submit and the bully thinks he or she is powerful. If only the meek were to join forces they could solve the problem. As you say though sometimes the worm turns.
