Re:

Hi, CCT. It was Isaiah--Con's husband--that wrote this blog entry, and thank you for your support and positive words.

That man gave you some good advice. He might've added that if the guy could ride a motorbike, then he could teach others, in his community, to ride a bike. That in itself is a job that could easily make a fair profit. It's these simple things that most of us fail to see, that would help each and every family to excel.

Re: So true

...our priorities are to work together as americans, and invest in american. I'm in total agreement, LorL. Yet, this action can also be applied to a group of families or neighborhood. I think each and every family will progress financially and socially in this practice. Thank you for commenting.

Re: A very good write and a fair assumtion of the World. It is true,

It is very true, my friend. The term "capitalism"--in america--has dulled the senses, causing us to fall back on the age old falsehood: "take care of your own" and only your own. When in reality humanity MUST work together for great acheivements (which has proven to work much better.

Good blog Con, A man told me when he was a young man he travelled 10 miles to the nearest Social Security centre and ask for assistance as he was out of work.

I knew the man who was in charge at the time a real miserable critter. He asked "how did you get here." "I came on my motor cycle Sir" he replied. "Well go and sell that," was the reply. Today he would be probably offered a new car. Well he would've been last year.
The screw is tightening slowly but it has just not been right, that people who work hard cannot afford to own or buy a house, whilst others have been given new houses refurnished properties some costing thousands in mortgage. No wonder resentment has been building. The problem is where is all the money going to come from, people are aging and need more care, you just can't run a country into debt for ever.

we have too many companies not wanting the American dream by outsourcing work that should be done by Americans.  I buy items not on purpose made in China etc because I cant find what I want that is made in the US.  People dont have their priorities straight in many cases

A very good write and a fair assumtion of the World. It is true,

one has to work hard save responsibly live within your means and have dreams to work towards...oh and faith in one's self and in your God. Excellent post. Oh and Australia has always called itself the Lucky country but again, it's only lucky if you work hard etc. I did enjoy this Post.
