I think that you definitely need reliable workers in a business, if they don't measure up then they have to go>

I'm wondering WHY he has to work 3 jobs? I have done it too, but had 3 children to feed. Because of lack of sleep, I was so cranky sometimes that I'm sure my kids would have enjoyed telling me to show up only on call!

Sometimes things do work out for the best for all involved....though
not seemingly so at the start.

It can't be kept up for long, working three jobs every day. I used to do it
when I was nursing and then felt that I wasn't doing anything properly at any of the places that I was working so went back to one full time job. Kevin will find he is better off working less.

Sounds like Kevin was stretching his time a bit thin but that you came up with a solution that works for everyone.

I think you are right in the statement about "who knows" only time can tell.
