Re:

Well Jay we always fed the ckicken grit if you cut one open you see the grinding process in the gizzard. I bet you would have been out stalking them early in life. Yes the same lady does drop in very occasionally.

This morning we got up to count 17 quail out in in the driveway and under the two pine trees picking up little stones for their little gizzards I imagine, and another note of interest CCT, someone else has posted above you today. I am going up there to check it out for you right now.

Re: tales to make one cry and interesting that Lyons still sell some products

It is funny how one does not notice Brands after a time. It seems more coffee shops these days than anything. What ever is our Wiley on about seems a long comment, must investgate.

I had to google dunnocks and I learned some interesting things.  The females copulate over 100 times a day and often with two males at the same time.....so they say.  Sexy little things aren't they?  I don't think we have any of those here.  LOL

ChiffChaff

Well that about bit about Lyons should tell you to 'assume' anything is to make an ass out of you and she. LOL I hate the scale too. You and Kabu do well at birding.

Mossy seems to have put on a show, and I suppose the tears are because Mossy was a mind figment but the tears were for the loss not me. Great Bro.

I believe the tale, the invoked memories.

Sorry about the dahlias, but I needed their fire and flare on the dining table.

A lot of little things going on...I myself believe the tale. As always, an interesting reading.
