You don't have to go. It's totally your choice. People want to control others and use things like guilt to get them to do things they don't want to. You don't have to cause a scene with the girl that's marying your brother, but you can let her know you don't want to be in the wedding and your brother and parents know why if she wants more of an explaination. I feel sorry for her. Your brother needs therapy too!
