I imagine that you are a great cook. It's interesting all the different things that go into the process.

yes i know....but most of the cooking shows make me glad i never eat at the fancy restaurants....most of them never cover their hair, some go in kitchens with their long hair flowing, guys with sleeveless shirts sweating (please dont raise your arm and leave over that pot!), double tasting from the same spoon, licking their fingers and not washing them, swiping sweat from their faces.....yuck!!!!!!!!

That's different.  A recipe means you have to get in the kitchen and do it yourself.  I did years of that for large groups of people.  Now I'd rather just eat simple things like a banana and a stalk of celery, some fresh spinach, or chunk of cheese, than have to spend the day cooking.  I do enjoy reading recipes and watching cooking shows on TV though.

a lot of what i prepare is in my recipes on my blog here....though not the cream cheese salsa dip or the cheddar cheese sauce....didnt write down the proportions...:)

I think I wouldn't mind being your taster, and then write reviews on what you prepared.   That would be fun.
