Re: Cute Nursery Rhyme,,,better than a lot of others I have read

I know Kabu and sadly advertising is only for the so called passing elite. Keep your chin up.

Yes I agree Pat, but money is behind it all and I should not think all who buy such books can read.

Re:

Adnohr it is a job writing off the cuff and I usually delete my first set of writing.Poor Arthur had a fast heart beat yesterday evening, he said 'I thought if I recover I'll have anything I want. '

Re: callia

Well enjoy it Callia it speeds up in no time. Please don't take the poems seriously it is British humour, but I like to hear of dislikes as no one seems to critize and it is a job to know what folk really like.

I decided a long time ago that I would write for myself.  If others want to read fine...if not, fine.  My enjoyment is to try to make my writing as interesting as it can be--for me, and for the sake of learning to do something well.  I haven't aspired to publish and probably never will, but I have enjoyed having other bloggers read and comment and become friends.

CCT

{My mother died from infection in her intestines that spread and shut down her body. While I was in the hospital in 2000 she ate two year old frozen meat that she had put away back then sir. It began to show in the latter part of 2001 with Alzheimer’s disease and weak like symptoms. Be careful sir and Arthur. BC-A, Bill’s R®st

lol, Kabu.  Cyber dust, I love it.  I really like the nursery rhyme, very cute.  The rest is a little too cynical for me, I am not yet thirty, still all starry-eyed and full of hope, lol.  Interesting viewpoint, though.

Cute nursery rhyme. Concerning your first poem - I think we are all where we are supposed to be at the moment, C.C., even those in dire situations. Maybe my belief is a cop-out, or I'm wearing rose tinted glasses, but to each our own, I guess. We're in school right now, learning, and will realize all that when we reach that far off light called home. We have, as you state in your poem, been heading there since we arrived - each and every one of us.

I love the nursery rhyme. Well thought-out, perfectly executed...

Speaking of execution, those dull celebrity tell-alls are less to me than burnt-out coals and sealing wax. If I can't stand Kim Kardashian in a brief glimpse on celebrity TV, why ever would I want to read her ghost-written, self-aggrandizing pack of lies?

Cute Nursery Rhyme,,,better than a lot of others I have read

and I have the same grumble about the publishing business. Actually I never buy those books written by who knows but using the name of a celebrity and they make money that they don't need while our manuscripts languish gathering cyber dust.
