I am so sorry.  Know that Jesus loves you.  The perpetrator will be dealt with by Him.  You are in my prayers, friend.

"With a pain only God can forgive" really struck me! Ginny's younger

brother; Bill, was abused by the priest who ran their parish football team.  Bill always claimed it didn't bother him and he could laugh it off.  Right.  He went through a nasty divorce and later hanged himself.

There has to be a special place in hell for men like that.  And so many of them, when confronted with what they did, STILL aren't really sure they'd done anything wrong.  Sick, stupid bastards.

Yes the sadness was that your parents would not believe you Jay. It was a double hurt, but I suppose they just could not get their minds around what had happened. I can imagine the isolation that came over you and it was a miracle to escape from your further torment of drugs. You are one brave man Jay, Never forget that.

kA Cub Scouts den mother’s husband was like that. He really helped me with a poinsettia plate project. He passed away suddenly from a heart attack. From a car accident the TV repairman in Florida died. And from falling off a cliff our Frisbee tossing champion at my first college. Another friend drowned at 22. These are sad stories Jay. I’m sorry about that shopkeeper.BC-A, Bill’s R®st

I knew I wouldn't like him. You're so right, becoming an addict is a process, and needs to be interrupted right at the beginning. Unfortunately, often the addiction doesn't show then....
