Re: Too close to the bone for comfort.........No that does not read correct...

Forget about bones.  I can't see my toes any more!

Re: I'm told I have brains all right, but not where you'd expect to find

them.  I'm planning to use some of my shorter stuff Saturday night, and it should go over pretty well if I serve enough plonk.  Stay tuned.

Re: Annicita

Keep up the good fight, and enjoy your time in Cairo.  I read in your "About Me" entry that a trip to the Mideast has been your dream for a long time.

Too close to the bone? Ha. My Skeleton is so well covered I haven't seen a bone for well some years! Such a great poem, this is a keeper.

I know it creeps up on one and is handy in Winter as it remains as a source of a good body belt. I was known as the seal and would frown at this outrage in the old cracked mirror, well that sounds more interesting. Of course it was due to some pills which I have managed to control and Ha, Ha, am able to pose with my nightcap on. Now I liked your poem Bob you have improved out of all recognition, but then you have brains and I am waiting to read what you have selected to read to your gang.

I'll need to memorize this and recite it each time I stand in front of the fridge or the Sweet Cupboard! Well done - just the right touch of insult, exasperation acceptance and humor!
