Re: Kabu

Yes I know Kabu. It is all making me feel woozy. I am begining to look at people as if they are transparent. Unless of course they wear a lead apron.

Re: That poem!!! Hahaha! I pictured the protagonist as a teen aged boy.

Oh dear Pat what ever made you think that, secretly hush! I would have liked to have said the old farmer. I don't think he would have got a look in though

Smart move listening to Kabu, I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for her being here and telling me my indigestion was a heart attack; "Lie down, right now" she said and then we waited for the ambulance 4 years ago. I hate new software, always seem to wind up with trouble.

It's amazing just how much the software changes from year to year...I love that twist there at the end. You got me good.

your poem is very cute and I am relieved so much that you are taking

the advice about a more even pattern of eating.

What you are doing is confusing your metabolism so that when you eat it hangs onto the nutrients and the fats and stores them so that it can carry on the next day when you starve yourself. You are likely to get that tummy fat back with this diet.

That poem!!! Hahaha! I pictured the protagonist as a teen aged boy.

Don't know exactly what a cream bun is, but it sounds luscious. :)
