Hi,Kabu watching the boxing event at Excel i experienced the same fun the other day.Ireland had Katie Taylor's bout & the fans clapping, waving flags, singing their songs......hundreds of them,it was as if they had seized the arena....it was overwhelming! India's Mary Kom won the bronze & my daughter and i had a great time cheering for her.

Sydney is a beautiful sounding place and I wish I could see it, but your writing and photo's and our talks have made me feel like I've been there. That sounds like a really happy Olympics. Lovely post darli.n'.

Thank you so much you can take anything and make a great story of it. I enjoyed this one. It was no so in Atlanta when it was there. Coca Cola pretty much locked out all the local participation and shopping of the visitors. This was just great I could feel your joy and family and friends all over the place. Marvelous... Thanks again.

Very timely post, Kabu. I know it must be a carnival atmosphere
to be there, no matter which team takes home the gold. I can't help it though, when those darling gymnasts strut their stuff, to envy their flexibility, the effortless way they bounce and tumble and dance.
