Congrats on the weight milestone...I've been wondering about Rumor too. I hope that he's okay...You capture the speaker's pain so well.

Re:adnohr

Well I suppose, adnohr if we all felt the same we might all be demanding our money back.

Why do we even do it, I wish I could paint or even sing or mind babies until they became

cheeky.Or Oh! never mind, it wasn't much of a joke,

For some reason, your poem makes me think of a young fanatic who is passing over, sad for having to leave so early, regretting some things done or not done. I guess I'm having a weird morning. Beautiful flower!!

Re: Taps

Help, I did not mean to give my address out, please keep it close to your chest. I think I was standing inside the fence in one picture, but I did not explore it much. Probably better than staying to tea I was probably in a good old muddle. How funny.

Re: Marrise

Marrise a man who wins prizes at the local show for Dahlias asked me to take a few plants as he is afraid his favorite might get stolen, I stuck them in and they are just growing a bit now

Re: CCT

You always make me a bit sad Bill when you tell me of your childhood, but that's life I guess.

ChiffChaff

Good for you on the weight loss, I need to lose 30 lbs but stopped the Weight Watchers some months ago. I'm going to have to walk the treadmill again. Yes folks do seem to be leaving and I'm sorry for Rumour as well. Loved that flower today, Dahlia? hmm, I never really know except for roses, daisies and sunflowers. I loved your Orange Blossom poetry, very gentle albeit sad my friend.

I don't know about everyone else, but it seems that I have to comment to your posts in at least two parts these days.  First of all, I love that flower.  Second, I had my google learning today by looking up the equivalent of stones to pounds, and third, I had fun yesterday taking a trip on Google maps to your address and seeing the area and zooming in on your house and grounds and greenhouses and gardens.  It was almost as good as visiting you for tea.  I even looked outside the gate to see if you had any flowers sitting there for people to take.  No I will go read the poem.

C.C.

You must see to your health. I am sorry you are not feeling your best. You really do a lot of work. That is a beautiful flower, but the poem is the best yet. I love your flowers and your writing. Have a blessed day and you be blessed.
