Wonderful Blah!
I was thinking about rain-trees earlier
they are a hot commodity
in the unique village of New Harmony
not so far away -
big or miniature variety
shortly before clouds appear,
their leaves curl inward
much akin to my tresses searching for growth
but those leaves seemingly scent a downfall
and I wonder if they are attempting to give hope
to the thirsting
and despair close to bursting
unto the rattle of nothingness...
...and to themselves:
Hold on - satiation is on the way!
