Years ago my cousin, and her husband who was/is an alcoholic, started an addiction center in Indiana. My cousin who was older than me passed away recently and her doctor daughter and son-in-law continue to run the facility. There have been many wonderful success stories from that place including my cousin's widower who continues to oversee the work.

just take one day at a time. You got through today tomorrow will
take care of itself one hour at a time. i think that yes, two therapists could just confuse you too much.
