I would have flunked Kropp's course - not because I disagree with him, I don't, but I probably wouldn't have written enough of anything in the first place, LOL... But congrats to your fab daughter! And I too think torts are a nuisance, I vastly prefer tortes, and even the odd tart...

Well I don't even know what a tort is. I think celebrities have a vague idea I see them everywhere exaggerating the pay off for breaking a finger nail. Pat you must control these strangee impulses< have dried milk on strawberries and would positively bite you to get at that cream.

In my opinion, the need to study torts would be a tort in itself.
To take a tort to court, in and of itself would be a tort of a sort.
