I think we all know how close to your father you are and we worry for you. Knowing that everything will be okay is wonderful news, we are always happy to be here for you and to pray for you and your family. After all, you are a big part of our family.

I can understand your concern! No one saw that coming but luckily they found the problem! I know what you mean when you say the uneasiness when the phone rings, one just gets jilted with fear! I will be praying for your father and remain optimistic that he will have a full recovery! Chin up, be strong! sam

I really wish your Dad the best, and hope that things can be cleared up quickly! I had kidney stones once, but while that does not count among my most pleasant experiences, the treatment was very effective. (They were 'smashed' using sound, under local anaesthesia)...

That must be hard on you and your sister to see him incapacitated.  We get so used to our parents always being there for us and when something goes wrong for them is is unsettling for us.  I still can't believe that I'm so old and that my sweet parents are long gone from this earth.

I am sorry that Dad has been in more trouble than we thought.

I will continue to Pray for him and for all of you and how wonderful for dad to know that you will step up to what needs to be done re the business and that is one worry that Dad won't need to have.

Those stents can be very uncomfortable and I pray that they won't have to stay there for too many weeks and that the stones will pass and that Dad can regain his health.

Yes blogit family is here as back up support for you all

Sorry to hear of your dads situation my friend and have him in my prayers. I too have passed kidney stones and some I had to have removed surgically from my bladder. One thing I can pass on to you is that eating cherries has a lot to do with helping stones not to form. Good for you managing things during this rough time, be proud of yourself and your abilities even whilst under great stress. God Bless y'all in your family.†

Poor Dad it came so quickly, but it happens and thankfully he has a good crew to support him. I know it is not easy to carry on whilst feeling sick inside. He will be OK I am sure, but I expect you will have to take on more responsibilties at least for a while.
