My Florida son hit the jackpot when he went looking for wife #2 almost six years ago.  He is so happy now.  His first marriage was pretty much an unending nightmare.  I hope your son ends up blissfully happy.

Pat

The best 'vengeance' in a case such as this is finding a new woman and being gloriously happy with her...

I'm certain your son will come out of his situation a happier man in time. I know where he's at, it took me years to get over the anger and I'm sure you know all about my need of a new mate and God sent me Joyce,of a psychotherapist and He sent me Dr. Kiely and then He sent me Kabu, many years after Joyce died.God Bless him and you PatB.

I have been so lax in staying current

but that is about to change...I will share why very soon BUT....

I don't know who he is but here is my story:

I'm a twice divorced, underemployed no longer Starbucks barista (that is actually good news), I have a daughter to whom I have zero blood ties to that is a dealbreaker for anyone who tries to get between us.

I'm a metaphysical worker who deals with women on a daily basis who have been abused, abandoned, tossed aside, etc...

I share an apartment with a room and for heavens sake I am 46 years old...I should damn well be doing better than this...who would want me?

Well, someone who wants someone who loves with all she has, is loyal to fault, funny on good days, active, smart and bound and determined to be a well paid self employed woman who can tell one hell of a good story to the right audience.

I am an awesome cook, I clean because someone has to do it.  I have a sense of adventure and too often not enough fear to know better LOL!

At the end of the day, I don't have a ton of money but on days when I allow myself to see it, I can still be a good catch.

So tell HIM to stick that in his cap and eat it!

You are lucky, he considers you a friend and of course the best way for him

to be moving on is to meet someone new. But it isn't easy.

Pat I suppose one does not know anyone until one has met the future parent in-laws  and nursed the loved one through sickness for a week or so. Of course when one gets to a certain age what one sees one gets.Pat you must believe me./  It is then one can change the way one walks, change the way one talks just like the weather, it is a change you see.
