Pat, my "theory of mind" includes all the avenues of input, processing,
and expression, including the emotions, which operate from the subconscious to influence the conscious mind, and often send that communication through the body. To put it more precisely, the subconcious uses emotion to communicate to consciousness, and emotions always involve the body and its senses.

At times I've gotten deep, way deep, into brain/mind research.
I'm not sure (don't think anyone absolutely has this nailed down) but mind with its logic and linear thinking seems to equate to what we call heart with its emotional connections to life and others. To me it seems the physical brain and heart as organs are living vessels that hold the "virtual" or spirit parts.
