Your education is not a waste, nothing one does or you do is a waste of time my friend. You just keep piling up the days and the skills, and the day will come when you are where your spirit needs to be.Who knows, maybe a history teacher or the car wash business owner.

any time you can work with a family member and get along and be considered a partner is not a waste.  Maybe he is jealous who knows

I think the best statement you made was that you were happy and for me that makes all the difference! sam

I wish I could have worked for/with my father! Never consider any job a waste! If more people strove for a proper work ethic, our country would be a lot better off!

FSI,

I agree with you.  So many people waste precious time working at jobs they end up hating sooner or later.  Good for you for doing what makes you happiest!

great post and education is never wasted, as you so adequately

argue here. enjoying what you do, being a productive member of society, a family person, also you tutor a child so that he can grow up and be productive, you help people less fortunate than yourself on your day off, you live independantly, not clinging to your childhood although still respecting and loving your parents, and you write. I wouldn't mind if my second son was half the guy that you are and I am proud to be a Blogit friend.

FAMILY BUSINESSES

When last did you come accros a business called BLOGGER & SONS? There were plenty of them in the good old days before the sons went into IT and ended up instead hiring their parents.
