I'm sorry, but I just don't understand this at all.
Ablution? Wiping over socks? I'm uncertain if "over" means above the socks, or actually wiping the surface of the socks themselves. Apparently this is more time-sensitive than taking prescription medications exactly 12 hours apart. What if one does not wear socks? Aw, the heck with it.
