I agree with what Wiley John said. I used to think anxiety was an excuse people made for their short coming until I had an attack...It is horrible.

I am on anti-depressants, know all about having anxiety attacks and salute your being able to survive and succeed as you have and are doing. Congratulations my friend and keep well.

I remember when you dropped the class and I couldn't wait until you finally decided to go back! I knew getting your degree would be great for you! One thing I do like about time is that it is a great healer! But, getting there can be so excruciating at times! sam

I dear friend, I who have every reason to be happy and am living the dream;
I fight depression and anxiety attacks all the time. I have been following your recovery over the seasons and applauding the over coming of so much that you have achieved. well done.

Very interesting insight of depression's effect
One day at a time, fake it til you make it - overused cliches perhaps, but I have found them to be helpful in recovering my optimism. Good writing, FSI; Thank you for sharing.

FS it is funny what people get on their minds sometimes what we think we are depressed about has nothing to do with it. How fortunate that it rained every day and you could paint that depressing picture. Nevertheless I know how miserable this state of affairs is and I do sympathise, I am not taking the Mickey,
