Xeno-x - this is a fairly complete chronology

It should serve to counter the incomplete lists of "facts" presented by others but I doubt those who have been spoon-fed so much self serving propaganda will ever realize to what extent they have been duped. If one stands back and attempts to view this information objectively, it becomes clear that the justification for the establishment of the state of Israel cannot use any form of Jewish population continuity argument in the region as a legitimate claim. If they insist on doing so, they immediately validate the establishment of a Palestinian state. Yes, Jewish people have always lived there but you will never see the "incomplete list people" include the fact that for extended periods of history they comprised single digit minority percentages (as low as 4%) of the population in the region prior to the advent of Zionism.

Well thought out and presented, Xeno

A lot to continue reading with the links provided and then ponder, but the gist is that this land mass was and is home for the Arabs too, yet the question stays unanswered by the Israel-can-do-no wrong crowd - why no state for the Palestinians - The maps are not showing up, just a fyi. I am studying early Zionism and much about it is quite revealing too. Thank you for posting this and I shall resume reading and absorbing.
