this new neighborhood is almost totally quiet, but now at the old neighborhood I guess the young folkes hanging out at my house has led to a noise isssue for my son.  Yes people can make a difference

It sounds like a very nice neighborhood to live in! I do not like associations either! As I am looking at homes currently I stay away from the associations. One does not truly get their money's worth with them in my experience! The last on I was in was a fiasco, it was as you said some fly under the radar and others with real concerns can't get a thing accomplished! sam

I'm happy you like your neighbourhood and we don't have home associations here thank goodness......

First, I am glad to be back. Yet, I do not know how long I'll stay. You're right, without people, without people whom you know and trust, without people who know and trust you, the earth is merely a collection of misappreciated particles.

Stay well; walk good always.

ü I’ll take the old peach orchard over the homeowner’s association today. However a neighborhood should be a people orchard. BC-A, Bill’s RJJst
