Awww how cute!! At times, being above bad behavior and ignoring it can discourage it as much as anything else.  I hope it does not affect the granchildren.

Like CC says - the grandchildren will be the ones to mend the breach when they get older...and realize they're missing Grandma! That will make the parents pay attention too, and you will happy to have held them in that secret corner of your heart. Hugs to you!! Handsome pair of lads you have there!

It is funny here, the cats will hurry out, feel the cold, stop in their tracks, and come back in just to hurry out the next time...the birds just laugh.

Darling I shall continue to pray for you and them. They will come around. Nothing hurts like the rejection of a parent from a child. I love you and want this to heal.

Revel in the love that you have where you are, and in those who enjoyed your presence when you went to see them.  Don't give up on the others.  Like you say, hold them in the secret place of your heart until they come to their senses.

Yes, the guys look quite content together.

Tickles me to think of "puss in boots" walking on a leash, that's so un-catlike. I think they know when their human has their best interests at heart. :)
