It's funny how we always think that customers are rude and not being understandable and such, while we almost forgotten that we are the customers too when we are not dealing with one at our shop. Well, through your post you shared, I can see that you handle situations as mentioned well. Be grateful too because from those unfortunate and sudden breakdown of machines, you get to know your customers even better!

Customer used to do that to us too, get upset over something and then not let us fix it. Fortunately it didn't happen often.

I saw your comment on the players association decling on the realignment! I think it is a mistake because my Wings could have benefitted from it tremendously! Plus we would have played the Habs more and that would have delighted Adnohr to no end! Perhaps in another year it will happen! I never heard why they did not go for it though! sam

I am glad it worked out the way it did! I know folks get disappointed when things don't work out but nothing is fool proof so one must accepted it all with a grain of salt! Trying to make good to the customers is a great way to do business! It sends a great message and word of mouth can do wonders in the future! sam

your customers are good guys and you handle them discretely FS . A rough operator would soon lose business, got to be wise with these sort of probs, they always happen.

you were lucky they were all understanding.  I had my car washed a week ago and the place  went I guess their equipment broke down a while back and they never fixed  it they use people to do the same thing but I noticed my car had some new scratches I believe any way caused by the brushes or something they used, I wont go back there again
