become a U. S. citizen with our protections? I don't eve have to look that one up. Ramsey Clark can do what he wants, as I can do what I want.

Last I looked we still had a Constitution.
EVERYBODY is allowed to have representation at a trial, whether s/he is a shoplifter, a con artist, a bully, a cannibal, a necrophiliac, a mass murderer a war criminal or the perpetrator of one of the most heinous crime imaginable. Furthermore, even if caught in the act, EVERYBODY is legally innocent until their guilt is proved.
