Yes, JPTheDoc...it can become a cycle. My advice is if you are in the space of being content, don't become an enabler to theirs...they are responsible to themselves

At times contentment seems as an illusion. In my life, I find that I am content, yet those around me want to join in with my contentment or better stated they want me to help them feel content by doing for them or taking on their responsiblities! Then the cycle starts that forces me to battle to keep my peace and contentment!!
