FSI, no question about it, those are the kind of companies you want to do business with...none of this needing three V.P.'s signatures on the requisition and final authorization from the CEO, for menial, everyday supplies....

Usually no one wants to take the count FS. I have changed suppliers or tried to avoid dealing with those who have lousy phone reps. Although I must say it has all improved since the economic down-turn. Well done.

In some of the places I've worked, most of the employees may know how and what to do in solving problems, but many are not willing to go that extra mile; so they pass one along to someone else. Where I retired from, I am proud of the fact that "if" I didn't know how or what to do, I would find out and get back to the customer.  I'm glad you have a reliable company there. A good name goes a long way!
