FSI, the convenience store's location must be good, and competitive
with others in the area...and it probably does bring in extra car washes as a result, an added benefit...

I suppose walk-in customers get much preference anywhere - no traffic build up.

That store would be a great backup if you ever sold the car washes but still wanted to keep busy at something my friend.

It's a good think to reflect upon, FSI. A convenience store works all the time, unlike a car wash which may slow down during certain types of weather. Business!!

Well the convenience store is well named because it sells those items
one runs out of or forgot when doing a big shop.
