Sounds to me like he just can't help making trouble. You have done nothing
wrong and I have felt for a long time that you are a Saint the way you work sooooo hard for this family business. It is really tough when so many partners are too old to help; can only complain. I see that they are frustrated with age stopping them from what they always have done but I find your patience and love and work ethic incredibly fair and I just want to send you a big hug.
You must be so tired and this is just all too much.
