Whisperer..soothing music playing in the background if one is,
say, fighting a headache, can do wonders...it might not heal one completely, but it sure eases the pain..

Well it is a start Whispers don't ever demean yourself, the hurt is nothing to do with you. You are no less of a person, but you will become less vulnerable hopefully.
