How's it goin' Sam? Your statement is profound, sir! I still can't believe my beloved Giants "won it" last year. The Giants have been nothing but unlucky throughout their SF history. The McCovey Super-line-drive and beyond. Maybe God (whoever that might be), decided to balance the "luck account."
Do you remember the part in "A Charlie Brown Christmas" when Linus says, "It wasn't such a bad little tree after all."
That's what a real long-time San Francisco Giants' fan feels when 'taps goes off at night.' We "stuck with them" and they won it all. Like you, Mickey and Denny did in the 60s. We can feel the glow of that imaginary hardware on our ring fingers. We can rest easy. No matter how 2011 comes out, we will always have the miracle of 2010.

The Giants are going to have a difficult time getting back to the World Series, the Phillies pitching is just too tough! sam
