This sounds like a very good experience.
When there is trouble in a setting like this, the joy goes out of the job and life can become miserable for one who loves to teach.

A teacher's lounge can be very revealing! For the most part the district I worked in was similar to your experience but at times it could get negative! It mainly occurred around contract negotiations! Also, there was an element that discussed students that I thought to be inappropriate because it was slanted against certain students and to me that's wrong because it takes away objectivity! Amazing that this is your 55 entry! sam
