Joab, I'm a little late with this but in this isolated world we live in...
her abrupt departure desn't really surprise me, nor her lack of communication with you..we have neighbours around us we speak to daily, but others who have been here almost as long as us,close to thirty years, no desire to even nod a "Hello"....
that key throwing she performed when all was done sure says a mouthful though..
