- Go to Don't Know How Often I'll be Around--We're Being Evicted
Check with all of your local churches. Ask them if they have a benevolent fund? See if there are people who would take your kittens temporarily. See if someone might have a room to rent or efficiency apt. Our church helps people in need like that and they will help out with electricity bills or anything that the person is not able to pay. It may not be the full amount but keep asking and checking with the city officials, library; anyone who you think might help. EVEN YOUR DOCTOR... since you have health problems. He might be able to put you in touch with some service. You might be surprised. It just takes that first step in asking. I believe "You don't anything until you ask!!" Good luck and God bless.

Before you move or lose anything else,
maybe you could call a lawyer hotline (should be listed in the yellow pages) and see if you can get some free or very low-cost legal assistance. There are legal aid services in many states that offer protection to folks who are broke and dealing with serious crap. Clearly you and your kitties need something powerful on your side to balance the odds. Good luck!

WOW! This is unsettling for you! I will be praying and I know the Lord will take care of you, just tell Him what you need and leave the rest to him! I had to sell my house two years ago and my credit took a hit from the short sale but the Lord put me in a much better home! I couldn't be happier! I just told Him I needed housing, although he already knew He just likes us to talk to Him, and I left it up to Him! Do the same, you will be amazed at how much the Lord thinks of you, too! sam

What a big bad mess for you. So sad to be in that fix. This apartment complex I live in will evict people in a flash for getting behind. Ten days late and they begin procedings. It happens quite often around here. No one seems to give anyone a chance to catch up anymore. My heart goes out to you.
