I think Ann needs to consider stepping it up a bit to finish her degree, but the point is that she is staying with and for me that is half the battle! I remember when my kids went to middle school/ junior high and they would fall into the same category as Brian! And wow, congratulations, it's hard to believe that it's been year! I adore how you cherish your home, it is a great investment and you will never regret that either! Amazing that four generations have occupied the home, I doubt many can say that in the US of A! I am so delighted for you, you have made it all happen, too! sam
