But neighbour Museveni denied chance to speek
Its the Republic of South Sudan, 54th African country, 193rd UN member and 197th country of the world.
Uganda her neighbor to the south has fought tooth and nail to get it here; but Prez Museveni was denied opportunity of speaking on historic occasion! I think a terrible diplomatic blunder.
