Re:
Very interesting musing, CC! Well, my belief system tells me He is my Creator and that I also have free will - He is the original Liberator - so it is my choice to strive towards betterment of soul. Here and elsewhere. But I believe He loves me not matter what - His the original, unconditional Love too. This is what I hold as my truth.

I have a dispensation from the God of my understanding, to leave all those problems I can't solve alone, He will solve them. I do believe that church and state should be separate however.

Your closing stanza should prompt discussion! I don't get into that area but I can see others doing it! sam

Þ After surgery I’m alright but do you mind if I comment on the literature? Your writing technique in the last verse’s very clever and creative I think. In terms of writing poems, it makes an effective analogy of God, the mottos, and governments love. BC-A, Bill’s R®st

if that were the case the creator would have turned its back forever ago. God loves his creation and leaves us to learn and to grow at our own pace. ...towards love...you I know are filled with love you have such a wonderful heart.

Excellent and wise observation, truth, Lionreign! Thank You. It is good to see those with reason and intelligence understand what I'm hoping to convey. There are some who write me and my views off as the Devil's own voice, lol...

Good questions very well said!  I tend to feel that mixing governance with religion lessens both a little but religion the more - after all who can govern and still remain pure?  I can't think of a single leader who's succeeded
