The plot thickens...
So is the prosecution going to bring the grandfather up on charges of negligence? This is yet another case where family law opens up a can of worms and creates a media circus at public expense. Without it, this would have been just a family tragedy and an object lesson in gating swimming pools.

This is such a lengthy case! I wonder how it will end! We have had a very long trial in Boise, it wrapped up yesterday! The boyfriend was found guilty of murdering the 8 year old! He put rocks in his pockets, dumped the body in the New York Canal and he was found 10 days later in another town! It took the jury 2 hours to reach a verdict after closing arguments! The mom had already pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting a second-degree murder. Justice has been served for Robert! Those responsible in the death of this child in the Casey Anthony trial need to be held accountable regardless of who is involved! Shelly
