I read one of Justi's blogs this week talking about the healing power of honey and cinnamon! I started a regime for myself and have noticed a difference in just a few days! I think there could be help for him in this! Here is a link with some information to look into for your Dad:

your poor dad...what a horrid time and I just hope that they can make
