Ciel, it is necessary to face grief.
It becomes clearer as I go that loss is part of life, but at the same time, it is a tearing thing and so is taking it head on. Living is sometimes harder than it looks.

Almost missed this one.
The thing with grief or a loss, it becomes a smaller percentage of your whole life as life lengthens.
But I still ache some days, missing my Dad, for whose lack of apparent caring I grieved away his lifetime, and then again when we became friends a couple of years before he died.
