Go back to the shop - explain what you were told - explain what has actually happened say you need it sorted out and you don't mind waiting in the shop until they do, If you give up and leave then you will need to put it in writing but if I were you I would stick it out in the shop and ask when you will see the change appear for their mistakes.

R I told my landlady not to leave voicemail. I can’t take time to delete all of hers. See her personality in my stories love. BC-A, Bill’s RJLst

The only way to keep my daughter out of trouble was to go unlimited but she pays an enormous amount per month! sam

Hah, Good question, RR! I became pretty frustrated with the "business"
so to speak and haven't had a cell phone for awhile. But I will be giving in again soon; they are at times a necessity..
Hope you get everything straightened out.

Wiley gets his teeth into these people and won't let go until it is sorted
Now i once took on the big giant in Australia ...Telstra  and they wanted me to have an expensive phone.internet plan.....i told them no and i went and sat in one of their shops in  shopping center and I sat and sat until finally they discovered that they could actually give me a package that i could afford. If it is really unfair I can be so polite so sad and just won't go away.

I myself am not sure what accounts for the extra billing. It's so tough to figure it all out.

I really, really hate messing with stuff like that.  The only time I had a cell phone, I ended up just throwing it away.  I've never replaced it.  My sons hate it that I don't carry a cell phone.  They think I'm eccentric.  LOL

Well not very well RR. I had an old mobile Vodophone the young lady gave me another for fifteen pounds as I was a loyal customer transferred 36 pounds which I did not know was on the old one. Told me to make a call at least once in three months. The secret is buy a cheapy and put a few pounds on with the card. Of course I only use it as a possible breakdown accessory, I hate the things.
