Re: jfm
Look at you, recruiting me as a play write! Something to think about, though. Thanks for the interest.

PS: The first horror movies were always done on the cheap. It doesnt take much acting experience to be a zombie, and the special effects were made out of cardboard. In a sense, these were basicly home movies.
If this were done today, a very, intentional, very bad video could have viral success, so think about the unexpected.

Hummn...I was wondering where this was going. Quite a tale from The Dark Side, and a script quite tailored to a short story or a TV drama. That's why I liked the ending-- not that I like winding up in the twilight zone. Have you thought about a rewite as a play? Maybe something for off-off,off-off,off-off Bdwy like in your basement?
You're probably too young to remember Zachery when TV was local and he'd arise out of his coffin every Sat nite and introduce another black and white horror movie 10 yrs before TZ. He made horror fun, and all us kids would squeal in somekind of weird delight.
When you consider Rocy Mt, Madona and Za-Za, the outlandish becomes campy. Your basement might be a place to start to produce your own outlandish videos. Since a lot of people you know think they are actors anyway, all you got to do is learn how to write a scrip and direct.
Just a thought.

You leave us with a haunting image at the end there. Quite the roller coaster they are all on.
