You will do well now that you have it fine tuned. That is good weight loss, yes it is so much better to loose it slowly the body adapts better. Be bless in all you do.

at our curves the machines arent included in the Zumba but they are with another workout, I couldnt keep up with the instructor or the rest in Zumba so I stopped going. I am losing at lot slower pace than you but then again I am a lot older.

I like to sit in the recliner and watch people do Zumba. It helps if I have a snack and mug of coffee while I watch.
Zumba is one exercise program that I have not tried. Not yet anyway.
