My mother, who does most of the bookeeping, has those phone days where the phone just won't stop ringing. Thank Goodness she does not have them every day, or else she would never get anything done.

I am glad that we were spared most of the storm that hit Montreal, though we got a bit of it. But this afternoon it was almost springlike...And when I hear about your brother, whom I wish the very best, my own trifling problems evaporate into nothingness, and it embarrasses me to talk about them...
