Yes Kabu but you should have been around in the Irish potato famine. The black death wasn't too long ago. I missed that though.

The leaves are very cool on this plant; love the striking green! But I love all the green in nature! sam

The Celandine the first of all she is so very good and small.

She wears a bib all frilled with green around her neck to keep her clean.

She is so golden haired and good and wears a bib as babies should

If there is a flower that would be mine it is the little Celandine

Little poem we chanted at school in the infants class. Not many flowers around in those days. Dig for Victory couldn't eat flowers.
