John..I've heard there are some who have come out of death and lived to tell their experience..but this poem is great in that it makes me think, why death - so final!.

This was great! It does make one wonder why they only die once and then can't even murmur a sound of the experience! Great pondering in this poem, too! sam

I was lost for many a year before I relized it and have spent a life writting about it...nice work.

I suppose one could write a few lines if one was half dead John, anyway I am going to disprove your theory and being a mean person I hope that you will disprove it also. Shall we say 2051.

I love this poem, especially this
"But isn’t it a little strange that we can
Only experience death once
And never even get to write about it?"
because it is written like a true writer!!!

I loved this poem... its reflective and profound but it still keeps the light tone that is so yours... btw I do not think you have to be lost to find yourself... you also can perhaps always know where you are and have no need to go looking :-) though I acceppt that would make for a boring life... what would one do if one knew where and what one was... anyway, great poem xoxoxo
