Thanks for both of your comments! I LOVE the term "vomiting out" I had never thought of it that way. My heartbreak at this point is that IF I had "vomited out" before now maybe my sisters granddaughter's wouldn't have gone through eight years of torture, rape, and sodomy at the hands of their own brothers and Dad's. I had NO idea that this kind of crap seems to be HEREDITARY? My niece who is my brother's daughter went through it at HIS hands. I have four sons and one daughter. One of my sons was put through all kinds of sexual therapy because he showed signs of it in his younger days. All I can do at this point is PRAY that he never puts his daughters or anyone else through it. I in no way "want" to relive my past. I've buried it very deeply within me but little did I know that the anger about it would come out in so many different ways during the course of my lifetime. So, while it may seem to some that I'm trying to "heal myself by vomiting out" that really isn't my goal here.
My quest is to open others' eyes about "healing themselves" before they wreak havoc on themselves and those around them without even knowing it. And hopefully SAVE some others from the sickness of it all just by being aware that it DOES and WILL continue to happen. SILENCE IS NOT GOLDEN where these issues are concerned and I wish I had NEVER BEEN SILENT about it.

It's good you are expressing yourself, and I thought sam's comment made
sense too. The vomitting out will hopefully bring a closure to your pain?

I was never made to feel that way! I was just imprisoned in my biological parent's home! I have come to terms with it all and I just do not allow it to interrupt my life at this point! There's too much living to do to be concerned with any of it for me now! It happened and it's over! They don't another second of my time, they have stolen enough as it is! sam
