I like it that you submit on the spur of the moment when the thought strikes you.
You never know when you will hit the jackpot and everything will take off running to the point you can't keep up with it.

I agree, it was a good idea to send in the story. Persistence pays. Handyman neighbor, huh? Wonder how he'd feel about a working vacation in the bush?? LOL.
